Shipping policy

TetraClean ships orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping charges

  • A flat shipping fee is charged on orders below a specified cart value.

  • Orders above the minimum cart value may be eligible for free shipping.

  • Final shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Dispatch and delivery time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your delivery PIN code and courier serviceability.

  • During festivals, sales, public holidays, or unforeseen events, processing and delivery may take longer.

Order tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the courier name, tracking ID and tracking link.

  • You can use this link to check the live status and expected delivery date of your shipment.

Delivery attempts

  • The courier will normally make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.

  • If you are not available or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the shipment may be returned to us and the order may be cancelled or reshipped after confirmation and additional charges (if any).

Address and contact details

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and mobile number.

  • TetraClean is not liable for delays, lost parcels or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping limitations

  • Service to some remote or out‑of‑service locations may be limited, delayed or unavailable.

  • In such cases, TetraClean may contact you to request an alternative address or cancel and refund the order as per the applicable policy.

Damaged or tampered shipment

  • If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform TetraClean customer support with photos and order details.

  • If you notice damage or leakage after opening the parcel, contact support within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video so that the issue can be reviewed as per the return/replacement policy.
